Peppermint oil is the essential oil taken from the flowering parts and leaves of the peppermint plant. The main chemical constituents of Peppermint essential oil are Menthol, Menthone, and 1,8-Cineole, Menthyl acetate and Isovalerate, Pinene, Limonene and other constituents. The most active of these components are Menthol and Menthone. Peppermint oil is commonly used as flavoring in foods and beverages and as a fragrance in soaps and cosmetics. Peppermint oil also is used for a variety of health conditions and can be taken orally in dietary supplements or topically as a skin cream or ointment.

We hereby confirm that in accordance with EC Regulation 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 all products manufactured at our production sites do not contain genetically modified organism (GMO) and will not require any labelling or traceability.
Cosmetic Declaration
We certify that Peppermint Oil is suitable for cosmetic application and is not included in the list of substances prohibited in cosmetic products. Neither does it contain parabens, restricted preservatives, colorants or UV filters (Annex II - VI of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009).
California Proposition 65 Declaration
We herby state that products; Peppermint Oil does not contain chemicals that are listed on California's Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also commonly known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65). Neither does it contain parabens, restricted preservatives, colorants or UV filters (Annex II - VI of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009).
Statement BSE/TSE
We herby state that products; Peppermint Oil are Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (TSE) and Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) free.

We herby state that products; Peppermint Oil does not contain palm oil or palm derivatives.

Animal Testing Decleration
All products manufactured by Biolea Naturals (TR Oils Inc.) whether in house brands or for third party contract manufacturer have never been tested on animals. Biolea Naturals has never conducted animal testing and has never commissioned any outside organisation to do it on our behalf.

We certify that Peppermint Oil contain no animal ingredients or animal by-products, use no animal ingredients or by-products in the manufacturing process, nor does the above product come in contact with any animal products during storage and transportation.
